Terms & conditions of Payment
- Prepayment of 30% on the bank account, the rest upon arrival
- In case of cancellation the prepayment will not be refunded
- The tourist tax is included in the price
- The minimum number of nights is 7 nights (during the season Saturday to Saturday)
- Upon arrival at the property, a security deposit of 700€ must be paid, which will be refunded on the day of departure if no damages have been made to the accommodation
